Responsibilities for this Position

• Supervise all Stewarding/Dishwashing Opening Staff
• Put away daily purchases
• Monitor deliveries for linen, china, glass, silver and other miscellaneous purchases
• Ensuring that the storerooms are organized
• Conduct inventories (monthly)
• Able to set up and lead team in Banquet Events throughout property
• Able to lift 50 pds.
• Able to understand and create PAR levels as well as monitor them for both the storerooms and restaurant outlets
• Report to Chief Steward on a daily basis and communicate daily activities
• Monitor cleaning of kitchen spaces
• Keep all outlet inventory organized and ensure proper cleaning and storing of material

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to converse in basic English.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Excellent people skills.

• Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
• An energetic personality.

• High School degree or equivalent.

Compensation

Wage	$12.00 - $12.00 per hour
Shift	Swing
Hours	8-10 daily Full Time
